went to work?
before that took bread
scared vomit
den ok..
until i reach boon lay
scared so toook med famoc 40
after that last quite long
until around 11?
den felt like vomiting=.=
den took a plastic bag (again=.=)
but nth comes out
den got one police officer?
wearing police singlet?
help me press dunno where
around n below knee
n my hand(i only noe there for headache;xx)
den he walked off liao n i vomit all out
felt better after vomiting=)
MONDAY
went to training
felt like vomiting again=.=
ran for 5 rounds around school..
after dat felt like vomiting
went to toilet
but nvr vomit=.=
den train awhile..
1 shot BOOM!
den rest took pain killer=.=
after tat went to see doc
kena scolded=.=;xx
cus i wan but he dun let=.=
den in the end 1 day mc
today still go
but still got train ;xx
